DELIVERIES

All our shipments are made with a tracking number and insurance in case of loss.

All shipments are carefully prepared and packed. The items are being shipped 24h as from receipt of your payment are (working days), delivery term is depending on carrier conditions as indicated when finalizing your order.

Your tracking number will be communicated to you by email when your order is dispatched to the carrier so that you can check the delivery status of your order on the carrier's website.

The price is calculated according to weight. It includes packaging, handling and shipping costs.

- METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Express delivery (Chronopost or UPS) within 24 hours, at home or to the nearest "point relay".

An emergency ? Opt for Express delivery and claim for delivery before 1 p.m. the next day provided that goods can be shipped before noon.

Standard delivery within 48h, Lettre suivie or Colissimo delivery (with La Poste).

Bubble envelopes or parcels delivered into your own mailbox, in case of absence a delivery notice can be left in the mailbox, in order to collect the parcel from the nearest post office.

Delivery to a Mondial Relay point within 72h.

Pick up your package near you! More than 11,000 local shops (laundry, press, florist, etc.) are available in Metropolitan France.

You will be informed upon availability at the Mondial Relay delivery point by an email notice. The package is at your disposal there for a duration of 14 days.

- BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, SPAIN

Express delivery (with Chronopost or UPS) within 48H, at home or to the nearest "point relay".

An emergency ? Opt for Express delivery and claim for delivery before 1 p.m. the next day, provided that goods can be shipped before noon.

Standard delivery within 72h per "lettre suivie" or Colissimo from La Poste.

Bubble envelopes or parcels are delivered to the delivery address, in case of absence, a delivery notice shall be deposited in the mailbox, and you have to withdraw the parcel at the relevant post office.

Delivery to a Mondial Relay relay point within 72h.

You wil get notice upon availability of your order at the Point Relais by email. You have to pick up your package within 14 days.

Delivery in economic formula within 6 days, by economic carrier.

Only for small goods with low value.

DOM TOM: Guadeloupe, Martinique, La Réunion, Guyana, Mayotte, St Pierre & Miquelon.

INTERNATIONAL*: only for the following countries: Germany, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, South Korea; Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, USA, Finland, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland , Iceland, Italy, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg; Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Switzerland, Sweden.

Note: The price of products for the DOM TOM, Switzerland and other countries outside the EU is indicated excluding taxes.
Any order placed on the Site and delivered to these specific areas may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an article are the responsibility of the customer. We are not supposed to verify or inform you of applicable customs duties and taxes. Please note that by ordering from the Site, you are considered to be the importer and are thus required to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you will receive the goods. RETURN AND WARRANTY

No panic! All our products are guaranteed and you may change your mind and return your item to us within 30 days of delivery if it does not suit you.

Warranty:

New products are granted a 12-months warranty upon receipt.

Second-hand products have a 6-months warranty upon receipt.

The delivered item is in conformity with your order, but you wish to return it and the 30-days period has not elapsed?

Then go to the " return request " page and complete the return material authorisation form.

Note: please mind that return costs apply depending on the item:

5 € for small items, such as cables, charger, batteries, trackpad, keys, keyboard, ...
15€ for larger items such as motherboard, graphic card, topcase, power supply, ...
30€ for the most fragile products like screen, glass, etc.

RETURNS

How to return the product? You must:

Submit a return authorisation request by clicking here.
Be sure to return the equipment in the same condition as you received it.
Pack all items carefully, so as to protecting all parts as much as possible.
Insure your shipment for its value.
Attach an invoice or order screenshot with order and/or invoice number and explain the reason for return.

Upon receipt and subject to compliance of the returned item with the delivered goods, we shall initiate the refund within 5 working days provided that relevant return instructions are observed, the corresponding refund will be made to the initial means of payment.
